What is CVE-2021-47783?

Phpwcms version 1.9.30 has a vulnerability that permits authenticated users to upload malicious SVG files containing embedded JavaScript through its multiple file upload feature. This can lead to potential cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary scripts in the context of the application and potentially compromise the integrity of the platform.
