What is CVE-2022-24129?
The OIDC OP plugin for Shibboleth Identity Provider prior to version 3.0.4 is susceptible to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) due to inadequate restrictions on the request_uri parameter. This vulnerability enables attackers to send crafted requests, allowing them to interact with unauthorized third-party HTTP services, which may compromise the security of the system and the confidentiality of sensitive data.
