What is CVE-2022-25377?

A directory traversal vulnerability exists within the ACME-challenge endpoint of Appwrite versions 0.5.0 through 0.12.x prior to 0.12.2, allowing remote attackers to read arbitrary local files. This vulnerability requires the existence of the APP_STORAGE_CERTIFICATES/.well-known/acme-challenge directory on the server, which is created by default when Let's Encrypt certificates are installed via Appwrite.
