What is CVE-2022-28143?
A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in the Jenkins Proxmox Plugin, allowing an attacker to manipulate connection tests to an attacker-defined host. This vulnerability permits the specification of arbitrary usernames and passwords, which may culminate in unauthorized access. Furthermore, it can disable SSL/TLS validation across the Jenkins controller JVM during connection testing. This could expose the environment to additional risks and potentially lead to further exploitation.
