What is CVE-2022-29642?

The TOTOLINK A3100R router versions V4.1.2cu.5050_B20200504 and V4.1.2cu.5247_B20211129 are vulnerable to a stack overflow issue due to improper handling of the URL parameter in the setUrlFilterRules function. This flaw may allow a remote attacker to execute a specially crafted POST request, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) condition, impacting the availability of the router and connected devices.
