What is CVE-2022-30949?

The Jenkins REPO Plugin versions prior to 1.14.0 allow users with pipeline configuration capabilities to access certain source control management (SCM) repositories stored on the Jenkins controller. By using local paths as SCM URLs, such users can inadvertently expose limited details about other projects' SCM contents.
