What is CVE-2022-31794?

A command injection vulnerability has been identified in the Fujitsu ETERNUS CentricStor CS8000 Control Center. This issue is linked to the improper handling of the 'unitName' POST parameter in the requestTempFile function of the hw_view.php script. An attacker can manipulate this parameter to inject unauthorized commands by utilizing special character sequences, including semicolons and backticks.
