Summary
A vulnerability in Dell EMC Data Protection Advisor versions 19.6 and earlier allows attackers to execute malicious HTML or JavaScript code within a trusted application’s data store. When a targeted user accesses this data store, their web browser executes the stored code in the context of the application. This exploitation can facilitate unauthorized information disclosure, session hijacking, or client-side request forgery, potentially compromising user security and privacy.
