Summary

The Jenkins Deployment Dashboard Plugin versions 1.0.10 and earlier expose a serious security risk by storing passwords unencrypted in its global configuration file on the Jenkins controller. This flaw allows unauthorized users with access to the Jenkins controller file system to easily retrieve sensitive information, potentially compromising the security of the entire Jenkins environment.
