TOCTOU Race Condition in Arm GPU Drivers
CVE-2022-34830
7.5HIGH
What is CVE-2022-34830?
A vulnerability exists in the Arm Mali GPU Drivers due to a Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition. This flaw enables a non-privileged user to execute improper GPU processing operations, potentially allowing access to previously freed memory. As a result, attackers could exploit the vulnerability to manipulate operations that should be restricted, increasing the risk of unintended behavior and security breaches.
