What is CVE-2022-36619?

The D-Link DIR-816 router is susceptible to an improper authentication vulnerability that allows attackers to reset the network configuration without requiring user credentials. This exploit can be executed via the /goform/setMAC endpoint, which does not enforce adequate security checks.
