What is CVE-2022-36895?

A missing permission check in the Jenkins Compuware Topaz Utilities Plugin allows users with Overall/Read access to potentially enumerate sensitive information including hosts and ports associated with Compuware configurations, as well as the credentials IDs of stored credentials within Jenkins. This may lead to unauthorized access and further exploitation if not mitigated.
