Summary
The Enlightenment software prior to version 0.25.4 contains a local privilege escalation vulnerability due to the enlightenment_sys component being setuid root. This configuration allows local users to manipulate the system library functions that inadequately handle file paths beginning with the /dev/.. substring, potentially giving unauthorized access to more privileged system functions.
