What is CVE-2022-38130?

The vulnerability in Keysight SMS allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exploit the com.keysight.tentacle.config.ResourceManager.smsRestoreDatabaseZip() method. By providing a malicious UNC path pointing to a zipped database file, the attacker can manipulate the database restoration process. This could lead to unauthorized access or data corruption within the HSQLDB database, presenting significant security risks if not addressed promptly.
