What is CVE-2022-38186?

A reflected XSS vulnerability exists in Esri's Portal for ArcGIS versions 10.8.1 and earlier. This security flaw can be exploited by a remote attacker who tricks a user into clicking a specially crafted link. If successfully executed, this vulnerability allows the attacker to run arbitrary JavaScript code in the user's browser, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and data exfiltration.
