What is CVE-2022-39139?

A vulnerability exists in certain versions of Parasolid and Simcenter Femap, which allows for an out-of-bounds write past the end of an allocated buffer when parsing specially crafted X_T files. This could enable an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process, potentially compromising system integrity.
