What is CVE-2022-39145?
A vulnerability exists in Siemens’ Parasolid and Simcenter Femap products that allows for an out of bounds read past the end of an allocated buffer when handling X_T files. Exploitation of this vulnerability could enable an attacker to execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected process. Users are advised to update to the patched versions to mitigate the risk.
