What is CVE-2022-39809?

An issue has been identified in the WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 6.4.0, concerning the Management Console. The vulnerability occurs due to reflected cross-site scripting in the ajaxprocessor.jsp file located at /carbon/mediation_secure_vault/properties. The flaw arises from improper handling of the name parameter, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts into web pages displayed to users. While this could potentially lead to attacks involving unauthorized content display, session hijacking or similar straightforward exploitations are not feasible.
