What is CVE-2022-40281?

An issue has been identified in Samsung TizenRT versions through 3.0_GBM and 3.1_PRE, where the function cyassl_connect_step2 in the file curl/vtls/cyassl.c lacks a proper memory management call to X509_free after retrieving the SSL peer certificate. This oversight may lead to potential information disclosure, exposing sensitive data to unauthorized access during SSL connections.
