What is CVE-2022-42477?

An improper input validation vulnerability in FortiAnalyzer allows authenticated attackers to leverage custom SQL queries to disclose sensitive file system information. This flaw exists across multiple product versions, specifically in those below 7.2.1 and 7.0.6, as well as in all versions of 6.4. Attackers exploiting this vulnerability could gain unauthorized access to critical system details, potentially compromising the integrity of the system.
