What is CVE-2022-44571?

A vulnerability exists in the Content-Disposition header parsing component of Rack that can be exploited to cause a denial of service. Attackers may craft specific inputs leading to extended processing times in header parsing, resulting in applications that utilize Rack—practically all Rails applications—becoming unresponsive.
