What is CVE-2022-45199?

The Pillow image processing library prior to version 9.3.0 is susceptible to a denial of service attack via the SAMPLESPERPIXEL parameter. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by providing specially crafted input, leading to excessive resource consumption that can crash the application.
