What is CVE-2022-47042?

MCMS versions prior to 5.2.10 are susceptible to an arbitrary file write vulnerability through the endpoint ms/template/writeFileContent.do. This flaw allows an attacker to potentially manipulate and write files on the server, which could lead to unauthorized access and the potential for further attacks. Users of affected versions should apply security updates immediately to mitigate risk.
