What is CVE-2022-47197?

An insecure default vulnerability in the post creation functionality of Ghost allows non-administrator users to inject arbitrary JavaScript into posts. This flaw can lead to privilege escalation, enabling an attacker to leverage stored XSS in the codeinjection_foot section of posts. By crafting a malicious HTTP request, an attacker can trick an administrator into visiting the compromised post, resulting in the execution of harmful scripts in the context of the administrator's session.
