What is CVE-2022-50962?

uBidAuction version 2.0.1 is susceptible to a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the orders/myOrders module. The parameters 'date_created', 'date_from', 'date_to', and 'created_at' within the filter functionality lack proper sanitization, enabling remote attackers to execute malicious scripts. By crafting specially designed GET requests, attackers can inject scripts that run in the browsers of users, potentially leading to unauthorized actions and sensitive information compromise.
