What is CVE-2023-1384?

An input validation vulnerability exists in the setMediaSource function of the amzn.thin.pl service, which fails to properly sanitize the 'source' parameter. This flaw allows an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code, potentially compromising the device's security and functionality.
