What is CVE-2023-25069?

TXOne StellarOne has a vulnerability allowing improperly managed access controls, which could enable an authenticated user with lower privileges to escalate their privileges to the administrator level. This escalation can grant malicious users unauthorized access to sensitive functions and data, thereby compromising the security framework. For exploitation, attackers must first authenticate to the system at a lower privilege level.
