What is CVE-2023-27856?
A path traversal vulnerability has been identified in Rockwell Automation's ThinManager ThinServer. This flaw occurs when processing a specific message type, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to exploit it. Successfully exploiting this vulnerability enables the attacker to download arbitrary files from the disk drive where ThinServer.exe is installed, potentially compromising sensitive information.
