What is CVE-2023-28451?

A significant vulnerability exists in Technitium DNS Server version 11.0.2 that compromises the normal operation of the DNS resolving process. Dubbed BadDNS, this flaw allows an attacker to exploit the resolver by forging DNS responses, which leads to the resolver disregarding valid responses.
