What is CVE-2023-29463?
The JMX Console in Rockwell Automation's Pavilion8 is accessible to application users without requiring authentication. This design flaw enables a malicious actor to illicitly access sensitive information, including the session data of other users. Such exploitation could lead to unauthorized session termination or the ability to impersonate legitimate users, compromising the confidentiality and integrity of user interactions within the application.
