What is CVE-2023-30798?
The MultipartParser component of Encode's Starlette Python framework, prior to version 0.25.0, is vulnerable to exploitation by unauthenticated remote attackers. This vulnerability allows attackers to manipulate the number of form fields or files sent to the server, leading to excessive memory consumption. If exploited, this could result in service interruptions and a denial of service for the affected HTTP service.
