What is CVE-2023-30943?

A vulnerability in Moodle allows users to manipulate file paths when creating folders during TinyMCE loader operations. This flaw can be exploited by a remote attacker who sends a specially crafted HTTP request, enabling the creation of arbitrary directories on the system. Such an exploit could potentially lead to unauthorized access or the compromise of sensitive data within the application environment.
