What is CVE-2023-32162?

The Wacom Drivers for Windows contain a vulnerability that allows local attackers to escalate privileges through incorrect permissions on the WacomInstallI.txt file. This flaw is exposed in the PrefUtil.exe utility, where attackers must first gain the ability to execute a low-privileged code before leveraging it to elevate their privileges, ultimately leading to arbitrary code execution in the context of the SYSTEM user.
