What is CVE-2023-32628?

An arbitrary file upload vulnerability exists in Advantech WebAccess/SCADA versions prior to v9.1.3. This security flaw allows attackers to upload certificate files that have been manipulated to have the ASP file extension, enabling potential remote code execution. Because of this vulnerability, unauthorized users could execute commands on the server, compromising the integrity and availability of the affected system.
