What is CVE-2023-33234?
A vulnerability in the Apache Airflow CNCF Kubernetes provider version 5.0.0 allows an authenticated user with elevated permissions (Operator or Admin) to manipulate the xcom sidecar image and its associated resources through the Airflow connection object. This could lead to unauthorized code execution within the Airflow environment. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to provider version 7.0.0, which addresses this issue and mitigates the risk.
