What is CVE-2023-3513?

The RazerCentral Service contains an improper privilege control vulnerability that affects versions up to 7.11.0.558 on Windows. This flaw allows local access attackers to escalate their privileges to SYSTEM level by exploiting an insecure .NET deserialization when communicating with the named pipe as a low-privileged user.
