What is CVE-2023-36475?
Parse Server, an open source backend framework, is affected by a prototype pollution vulnerability that allows attackers to exploit a sink in the system. This flaw can lead to the execution of arbitrary code remotely through the MongoDB BSON parser. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to versions 5.5.2 and 6.2.1 or later, where a patch has been implemented to rectify this issue.
