What is CVE-2023-38281?

IBM Cloud Pak System has a security flaw where it fails to set the secure attribute on authorization tokens and session cookies. This oversight allows attackers to potentially intercept cookie values through crafted HTTP links or by injecting these links into sites visited by users. As a result, the cookies may be sent over insecure connections, enabling attackers to snoop on traffic and capture sensitive data.
