What is CVE-2023-38746?

An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the CX-Programmer component included in CX-One versions CXONE-AL[][]D-V4 V9.80 and earlier. This issue can be exploited when a user opens a specially crafted CXP file, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure and the possibility of executing arbitrary code on the affected system.
