What is CVE-2023-38965?
The Lost and Found Information System version 1.0 has a vulnerability that allows attackers to gain unauthorized access to user accounts. This occurs through weak handling of user credentials in conjunction with an insecure direct object reference at the /classes/Users.php?f=save URI. If exploited, attackers could manipulate authentication processes and take control of user accounts, posing a serious risk to privacy and data integrity.
