Summary

Nagios XI versions 5.11.0 through 5.11.1 are susceptible to a SQL injection vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This can be achieved by manipulating the ID parameter within a POST request addressed to /nagiosxi/admin/banner_message-ajaxhelper.php. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information, compromising the integrity and confidentiality of the database.
