What is CVE-2023-45120?

The Online Examination System v1.0 developed by Project Worlds contains multiple authenticated SQL injection vulnerabilities. Specifically, the 'qid' parameter in the /update.php?q=quiz&step=2 endpoint fails to properly validate input before it interacts with the database. This oversight allows attackers to inject malicious SQL statements, potentially leading to unauthorized data access, data manipulation, and other harmful effects on the integrity of the database.
