What is CVE-2023-48315?
Azure RTOS NetX Duo, a TCP/IP network stack for deeply embedded real-time and IoT applications, has a memory overflow vulnerability that could allow remote code execution. This issue affects processes associated with FTP and SNTP in versions v6.2.1 and earlier of the software. Microsoft has addressed this vulnerability in the updated release of NetX Duo 6.3.0. Users are strongly recommended to attain this version to mitigate the risk, as there are no alternatives or workarounds available.
