What is CVE-2023-49089?

Umbraco CMS, a widely used ASP.NET content management system, contains a path traversal vulnerability that affects versions from 8.0.0 up to 8.18.9, 10.0.0 up to 10.8.0, and 12.0.0 up to 12.2.9.
