What is CVE-2023-49657?

A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in Apache Superset prior to version 3.0.3. This vulnerability allows an authenticated attacker with create or update permissions on charts or dashboards to store malicious scripts or HTML snippets. When these compromised elements are rendered, they can lead to unauthorized actions on behalf of users, potentially compromising sensitive data and application integrity.
