What is CVE-2023-49674?
An oversight in the Jenkins NeuVector Vulnerability Scanner Plugin prior to version 1.23 allows users with Overall/Read permission to exploit the system. Specifically, this flaw permits attackers to connect to any hostname and port specified by them, using arbitrary usernames and passwords.
