What is CVE-2023-50202?
A command injection vulnerability exists in the D-Link G416 wireless router's HTTP service running on TCP port 80. Attackers on the same network can exploit this flaw, which arises from insufficient validation of user inputs. By supplying a malicious string, they can execute arbitrary commands with root privileges.
