What is CVE-2023-50692?

A file upload vulnerability detected in JIZHICMS version 2.5 enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The flaw occurs when an attacker uploads a specially crafted file through the download_url parameter in the app/admin/exts/ directory.
