What is CVE-2023-5330?
Mattermost contains a flaw that allows an attacker to exploit the caching mechanism for OpenGraph data. By sending specially crafted requests to the /api/v4/opengraph endpoint, an attacker can fill the cache with oversized entries. This can lead to server unavailability, disrupting service for legitimate users and potentially impacting overall system functionality.
