What is CVE-2023-53890?

Perch CMS version 3.2 is susceptible to a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability, enabling authenticated users to upload malicious SVG files containing embedded JavaScript. This flaw allows attackers to craft SVG files that execute scripts when viewed by other users, potentially leading to session hijacking or other client-side attacks.
